Online and In-Store Exchange & Refund Policy For change-of-mind purchases made in store, we offer a store credit or exchange only. All items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original tags attached. For online purchases, items may be returned in saleable condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Clothing and apparel must be unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer free shipping NZ-wide on clothing & jewellery orders over $99. All other orders have a flat rate delivery fee of $6.50 or $10 for rural.If you’re buying lightweight essentials like the organic cotton women’s t-shirt, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days within New Zealand.
