Our returns and exchange policy is published and accessible on our website.
Online purchases can be returned in saleable condition within 15 days of the order date for a full refund or exchange (a shipping fee may apply except for faulty goods). In-store change-of-mind purchases receive store credit or exchange.
For both in-store and online returns, the original label must still be attached and proof of purchase must be provided.
Items not eligible for refund or exchange
- Earrings — not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds for hygiene reasons, whether purchased online or in-store.
- Items discounted at 70% off — final sale and not eligible for refund.
- Gift cards — non-returnable.
