How does shipping and delivery work for the Organic Cotton Crew Tee?

We offer free NZ-wide shipping on clothing and jewellery orders over $99, including the Organic Cotton Crew Tee. All other orders incur a flat-rate delivery fee of $6.50, or $10 for rural addresses. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within New Zealand.

Online and In-Store Exchange & Refund Policy For change-of-mind purchases made in store, we offer a store credit or exchange only. All items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original tags attached. For online purchases, items may be returned in saleable condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Clothing and apparel must be unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
