You can return your item in saleable condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. If you purchased clothing such as our Cotton Midi Dress, or any other apparel, please ensure it is unworn and unwashed. For full details, please check our Returns Policy.

We offer free shipping NZ-wide on clothing & jewellery orders over $99. All other orders have a flat rate delivery fee of $6.50 or $10 for rural.If you’re buying lightweight essentials like the Cotton Midi dresses, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days within New Zealand.

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer a store credit or exchange only. Clothing items such as our Cotton Midi Dresses must be returned in unused, unworn condition.
