How do I return or exchange a product I buy online?

You can return your item in saleable condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. If you purchased clothing such as our Summer Garden Maxi Dress or any other apparel, please ensure it is unworn and unwashed. For full details, please check our Returns Policy.

We offer free shipping NZ-wide on clothing & jewellery orders over $99. All other orders have a flat rate delivery fee of $6.50 or $10 for rural.If you’re buying lightweight essentials like the Summer Garden Cotton Maxi Dress, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days within New Zealand.

How do I return or exchange a product I buy in-store?

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer a store credit or exchange only. Clothing items such as our Summer Garden Cotton Maxi Dress must be returned in unused, unworn condition.
