You can return your item in saleable condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. If you purchased clothing such as our ethically made cotton dresses, or any other apparel, please ensure it is unworn and unwashed. For full details, please check our Returns Policy.

We offer free shipping NZ-wide on clothing & jewellery orders over $99. All other orders have a flat rate delivery fee of $6.50 or $10 for rural.If you’re buying lightweight essentials like the organic cotton women’s t-shirt, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days within New Zealand.

How do I return or exchange a product I buy in-store?

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit or exchange only. All products must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
