All items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with original tags attached. For online purchases, items may be returned in saleable condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Clothing and apparel must be unworn and unwashed. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
