Gift Voucher
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Reca Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Reca Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. The Reca Gift Voucher should be treated as cash and can be used to pay for purchases up to the value stated on the Voucher. Reca is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. If you have lost or misplaced your Gift Voucher and the balance has not been spent or changed from the original amount, email us at hello@reca.co.nz, and we may send you a replacement provided we can confirm the balance is unused.
Delivery and Click & Collect
Delivery is FREE on all orders over $99 in New Zealand, and so is Click & Collect.
For Click & Collect we're normally pretty quick, but please wait for confirmation or phone ahead before you come in.
Returns
Not completely happy with your purchase? Return your items to us in a saleable condition within 15 days of placing the order to receive a full refund. Please note that a shipping fee may apply to returns, except in the case of faulty goods. For full details please check our Returns Policy.
Earring purchases are not eligible for change of mind returns, for hygeine reasons.
Gift cards are not eligible for change of mind returns.
