How do I return or exchange a product I buy online?

You can return your item in saleable condition within 15 days for a refund or exchange. If you purchased clothing such as our cotton shorts or any other apparel, please ensure it is unworn and unwashed. For full details, please check our Returns Policy.

We offer free shipping NZ-wide on clothing & jewellery orders over $99. All other orders have a flat rate delivery fee of $6.50 or $10 for rural.If you’re buying lightweight essentials like the cotton shorts, delivery normally takes 1–5 working days within New Zealand.

How do I return or exchange a product I buy in-store?

For change-of-mind purchases, we offer a store credit or exchange only. Clothing items such as our cotton shorts must be returned in unused, unworn condition. Earring purchases are not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
