If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, Reca offers returns within 14 days for in-store purchases. Please note that in-store returns are eligible for a gift voucher or exchange only.For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your item. All jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
